Theme market to promote the cultivation and use of emmer (a type of wheat) in the gastronomy of Asturias . It takes place in Grado every second Sunday in September.

The market offers the chance to sample bread made with emmer, as well as new recipes created using this cereal. It also features a traditional market where you can buy traditional and innovative products made with emmer.
